about this recording:
With musical energy Paul Angerer and the Concilium musicum Vienna – here in a chamber music formation – present this light music from the eighteenth century; for “divertimento” means nothing other than enjoyable diversion. Their playing is so light, so free of pretension that the relaxed listener all of the sudden imagines himself/herself breathing the warm evening air of a late summer day around 1760.
